Search of suppliers and contractual agreements
According to our clients¡¯ requirements and with our extensive database, we search for the best suppliers in terms of quality, price and delivery time etc. With our services and without the presence of our clients in China or Vietnam, we will carry out all the procedures of the orders and keep everything going on wheels according to the agreements signed. We are our clients¡¯ own representative office in China, fighting for their interests at full steam.
When it is a matter of a long cooperation, we help our clients to negotiate with the factory a contractual agreement of proper time limit for our client, setting the obligations of each part and defining the control of production and quality, to assure the product requirements and delivery time.
Sample development
According to the technical characteristics of the product required, we develop the sample in name of our client; once developed, we will proceed to its confirmation in the most convenient way for our client.
Order preparation
Assistance in the preparation of orders, including negotiation of the contractual terms, preparation of packaging, logos, CBM, documents required and L/C, etc.
Quality control
We have our own professional team of quality inspectors, who carry out the inspection of merchandise during the different phases of the production, and we maintain our clients well informed of all the possible changes or problems. The rigorous quality inspections carried out by us in all the operations permit our clients: Reducing the possible risks associated with poor quality, loading, storage, transportation and non-compliance with regulatory requirements; Ensuring the fulfillment of the contractual obligations as to specifications, packaging, marking and delivery; Identifying problems before products are shipped or distributed; Keeping informed of the exact quantity of the merchandise counted by our inspectors at the moment of closing the container.
